Each anchored closure (an anchor) has its share published for a 72-hour public contestation window before its distribution. Anyone may file here, without an account, by giving their name. A filed contestation holds the distribution of the anchor it targets until the Foundation reviews it; if upheld, that anchor's share is cancelled. The other anchors of the same week are not affected.
Filings are public and kept as written. The review, upholding or dismissing, belongs to the Foundation; it does not happen on this page.
